About the role
- Interface with senior IT and Technology executives to foster deep, broad relationships
- Engage senior-level executives by building credibility, conducting substantive discussions, diagnosing needs, and solving problems
- Create and curate cutting-edge Gartner Insights and package resources to meet client challenges
- Deliver must-have insights through 1:1 interaction, workshops, small group forums, and large stage presentations
- Sense patterns among client needs to guide the research agenda and event calendar
- Partner with Sales and Service Delivery partners to increase account growth, retention, and engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of experience in related field or industry
- Subject matter expertise in Digital Transformation, IT Strategy, and Digital Talent
- Additional expertise and experience around Generative AI (GenAI)
- Near-native Japanese and business-fluency English language skills
- Consulting firm experience preferred but not necessary
- Enjoy helping clients accomplish their mission-critical priorities
- Excellent collaborator with ability to quickly build rapport and gain client trust
- Confident presenter with a high level of executive presence
- Ability to distill large volumes of data into key findings and make actionable recommendations
- Analytical thinker with the ability to process information quickly and make actionable recommendations
