About the role
- Manage a portfolio of 25+ members consisting of digital/technology leaders.
- Help members find solutions and execute on their strategy.
- Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing the member’s top priorities.
- Conduct briefings, strategy sessions, and workshops.
Requirements
- Sophisticated Banking experience in a senior technology executive or Global CIO role required.
- 20+ years of progressive technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Big Data, Cloud, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of digital/technology leaders focus areas and understanding of IT industry.
- Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO level executives.
- Project to Product experience with creation of new revenue streams.
- Advanced critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills.
- Ability to challenge the status quo in a professional manner.
