Requirements
- Call Center Experience – Minimum 1 year
- Must live within the state of West Virginia
- Must have current access to High Speed Internet (minimum speed higher than 25MBS download and 8MBS upload)
- Experience in Health Care industry
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 terminology
- Understanding of HIPAA Privacy Rules
