About the role
- Acts as a liaison between the Medicaid Agency and the provider community
- Performs outreach to providers and assists with the Provider Recruitment plan agenda
- Applies knowledge of established policies and procedures to resolve provider issues
- Collaborates with Field Consultants on daily duties and data analysis
Requirements
- One to three years’ experience with Indiana Medicaid
- Strong analytical and customer relations skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Medical background claims experience and/or experience with Indiana Medicaid highly desirable
