About the role

  • Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents programs
  • Assists in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet client/end-user needs
  • Gathers information from the system, analyzes program and time requirements, and prepares documentation to change existing programs
  • Researches and analyzes existing systems and program requirements under periodic supervision
  • Designs programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs
  • Writes specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity
  • Assists in resolving production support problems and develops alternative approaches
  • Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs and identifies issues
  • Creates appropriate documentation such as program code and technical documentation
  • Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews
  • Remains abreast of industry technical trends and new development

Requirements

  • 6+ years of applications development and programming experience in ASP.NET and C#
  • Web Service development and Web security
  • JavaScript
  • Object Oriented Programming
  • Building service-oriented applications using WCF
  • SQL (Oracle and SQL Server database)
  • IIS
  • TFS
  • Waterfall Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology
  • Healthcare (Medicaid) experience preferred
  • TLS/SSL certificate setup: requesting, installing, importing, and exporting SSL certificates on a server
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
