About the role

  • Support the effective management of all UK and international office locations.
  • Co-ordinate health & safety training and risk assessments for each location.
  • Take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the Bristol office.
  • Monitor and track office budgets for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Help build a welcoming, collaborative “One GAIN” culture.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate local Bristol office events.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the company compliance register.
  • Create and manage a clear audit schedule across policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits.
  • Support ongoing compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Conduct supplier and contractor audits.
  • Maintain operational process documentation to support consistency.
  • Track and maintain records on energy consumption for ESG commitments.
  • Provide administrative support across the operations team.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, office management, compliance or a similar role.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confident working with registers, trackers and structured documentation.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across the business.
  • A genuine interest in developing into a broader operational leadership role over time.
