About the role

  • Serve as primary liaison between internal departments and account managers to facilitate effective communication
  • Collaborate with agency departments to develop and execute strategic plans, projects, reports, budgets, and timelines
  • Gather project requirements and assign tasks to appropriate team members to ensure efficient workflow
  • Ensure internal review and approval of all project components before submission to account managers and clients
  • Generate and distribute project documentation including proposals, creative briefs, estimates, timelines, and status reports
  • Manage time and financial resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Attend internal meetings, including scrum calls and department meetings, to provide updates and ensure alignment
  • Maintain organized server folders and documentation for easy reference and retrieval
  • Mentor and train Junior Project Managers
  • Prepare special projects and reports as directed; uphold company policies and professional standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven project management experience, preferably in an agency or client-service environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to delivery
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and client-facing departments
  • Background in handling budgets, timelines, proposals, and reporting
  • Experience mentoring or training junior staff is a plus
  • Strong understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • Strong leadership qualities with a professional, client-focused demeanor
