About the role
- Remote position as Collections Specialist / Accounts Receivable Analyst.
- Manage a portfolio of past-due accounts and prioritize by aging and impact.
- Serve as primary customer contact for billing inquiries and dispute resolution.
- Analyze aging trends, credit balances, and payment discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes efficiently.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to facilitate payments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of B2B collections experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and ConnectWise is a big plus.
- Experience with RingCentral is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset.
