About the role

  • Remote position as Collections Specialist / Accounts Receivable Analyst.
  • Manage a portfolio of past-due accounts and prioritize by aging and impact.
  • Serve as primary customer contact for billing inquiries and dispute resolution.
  • Analyze aging trends, credit balances, and payment discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve billing disputes efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to facilitate payments.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of B2B collections experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and ConnectWise is a big plus.
  • Experience with RingCentral is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset.
