About the role
- Remote, full-time Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist reporting to Collections Manager
- Manage portfolio of past-due accounts, prioritize by aging and impact
- Serve as primary customer contact; resolve billing issues and inquiries
- Analyze aging trends, credit balances, and payment discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to facilitate payments
- Project-based 3-month contract, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST
Requirements
- At least 3 years of B2B collections experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and ConnectWise (big plus)
- Experience with RingCentral (plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
