About the role

  • Remote, full-time Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist reporting to Collections Manager
  • Manage portfolio of past-due accounts, prioritize by aging and impact
  • Serve as primary customer contact; resolve billing issues and inquiries
  • Analyze aging trends, credit balances, and payment discrepancies
  • Investigate and resolve billing disputes and reconcile discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to facilitate payments
  • Project-based 3-month contract, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of B2B collections experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Excel
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and ConnectWise (big plus)
  • Experience with RingCentral (plus)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
