About the role
- You'll own the organic performance of a portfolio of clients, from strategy through to execution and reporting
- You'll lead a small team of SEO Managers, Specialists, and Executives
- You'll act as the senior point of contact for your clients
- You'll play an active role in how we develop and evolve our SEO offering
- You'll conduct regular performance analysis, identifying what's working, what isn't, and where the real opportunities lie
- You'll build and present opportunity forecasts and growth models to support client strategy conversations
- You'll stay ahead of algorithm updates, industry shifts, and emerging areas like GEO and AI-driven search, and bring those insights into your work
- You'll own client relationships within your portfolio, leading regular calls, presenting monthly performance reviews, and acting as a trusted strategic partner
- You'll translate complex SEO data into clear, actionable recommendations that clients can act on and understand
- You'll proactively identify opportunities to expand scope and upsell relevant services where it genuinely adds value
- You'll manage and mentor a team of SEO Managers, Specialists and Executives
- You'll set priorities, manage timelines, and ensure consistently high-quality delivery across your projects
- You'll contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing, process improvement, and the development of new service capabilities, including AI tool integration and workflow innovation
- You'll produce clear, data-driven reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and SE Ranking
- You'll go beyond the numbers, turn performance data into strategic narratives with concrete next steps
Requirements
- Native Italian speaker with fluency in English (C2)
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with genuine depth across on-page, content, and technical SEO
- 2+ years of people management experience, you've led, coached, and developed others
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data, building forecasts, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
- Experience contributing to pitches, proposals, or SOW development
- Exposure to AI tools and their application in SEO workflows
- Proficient with: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
