• You'll own the organic performance of a portfolio of clients, from strategy through to execution and reporting
• You'll lead a small team of SEO Managers, Specialists, and Executives
• You'll act as the senior point of contact for your clients
• You'll play an active role in how we develop and evolve our SEO offering
• You'll conduct regular performance analysis, identifying what's working, what isn't, and where the real opportunities lie
• You'll build and present opportunity forecasts and growth models to support client strategy conversations
• You'll stay ahead of algorithm updates, industry shifts, and emerging areas like GEO and AI-driven search, and bring those insights into your work
• You'll own client relationships within your portfolio, leading regular calls, presenting monthly performance reviews, and acting as a trusted strategic partner
• You'll translate complex SEO data into clear, actionable recommendations that clients can act on and understand
• You'll proactively identify opportunities to expand scope and upsell relevant services where it genuinely adds value
• You'll manage and mentor a team of SEO Managers, Specialists and Executives
• You'll set priorities, manage timelines, and ensure consistently high-quality delivery across your projects
• You'll contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing, process improvement, and the development of new service capabilities, including AI tool integration and workflow innovation
• You'll produce clear, data-driven reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and SE Ranking
• You'll go beyond the numbers, turn performance data into strategic narratives with concrete next steps

SEO Lead, Italian Speaking

• Working on SEO projects with exciting and well-known brands to help them grow their business
• Support the SEO team and SEO Content implementation tasks across multiple clients
• Creating excellent and engaging SEO optimised copy for blogs, articles, products, and category pages
• Assist with keyword research and content planning.
• Identifying content and on-page opportunities to boost rankings for our clients.
• Support the SEO Specialist and Managers in monitoring and analysing client site performance using a range of SEO and site analytics tools, reporting in both Excel and PowerPoint
• Support the SEO Specialists and Managers in the execution and delivery of tasks across SEO Client portfolio
• Stay up to date with SEO trends and contribute learnings to the team
