About the role
- Support SEO Managers in building and executing SEO strategies for clients
- Collaborate with Project Leads to own SEO projects for various clients, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and evaluations to identify opportunities for ranking improvements.
- Identify on-page content opportunities, optimise client websites for improved visibility, and boost search engine rankings.
- Brief copywriting teams, edit copy and write SEO texts where required.
- Monitor and analyse client site performance using a range of SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs & SE-Ranking.
- Create clear, data-driven reports in Excel and PowerPoint to present insights and recommendations.
- Provide regular updates on deliverables, tactics, and performance metrics to clients.
- Present reports to your clients on performance every month.
- Attend regular SEO team meetings to share knowledge, brainstorm new ideas, and stay informed about industry updates.
- Communicate effectively with your team and other departments.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and new tools to ensure best practices.
- Leverage a wide array of available SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) to optimise performance and manage client projects efficiently.
Requirements
- Italian native speaker + professional English level (C1)
- 2+ years of SEO experience with a strong passion for the field.
- Solid on-page SEO expertise.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with: Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Google Search Console, Data Studio , Screaming Frog
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, Social Media).
- Technical SEO expertise.
- Previous experience in a digital agency environment.
