About the role
- Support the creation and management of content for GA Agency’s channels (especially LinkedIn and newsletter)
- Research industry trends, digital marketing topics, AI tools and insights
- Draft and edit content such as: blog posts, LinkedIn posts, newsletters (via Mailchimp)
- Help plan, schedule and organise content calendars
- Collaborate with the marketing team on ideas, formats and positioning
- Support the business development team with: preparing decks, agendas and meeting materials
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calls
- Keep CRM, leads and contact databases up to date
- Conduct basic research on: potential clients, industries and competitors, market and digital trends
- Provide general admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
- You are currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field
- Fluent English (C1) — Italian is a strong plus
- You’re genuinely interested in digital marketing, tech and AI tools
- You’re proactive, organised and not afraid to ask questions
- You’re comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- You’re a bit of a “smanettone” — curious, hands-on, eager to test tools and learn by doing
- You’re not shy: you communicate clearly, both written and verbal
- You’re detail-oriented but also able to see the bigger picture
- You can produce clean, professional documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
