About the role

  • Support SEO Managers in building and executing SEO strategies for clients
  • Collaborate with Project Leads to own SEO projects for various clients, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and evaluations to identify opportunities for ranking improvements.
  • Identify on-page content opportunities, optimise client websites for improved visibility, and boost search engine rankings.
  • Brief copywriting teams, edit copy and write SEO texts where required.
  • Monitor and analyse client site performance using a range of SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs & SE-Ranking.
  • Create clear, data-driven reports in Excel and PowerPoint to present insights and recommendations.
  • Provide regular updates on deliverables, tactics, and performance metrics to clients.
  • Present reports to your clients on performance every month.
  • Attend regular SEO team meetings to share knowledge, brainstorm new ideas, and stay informed about industry updates.
  • Communicate effectively with your team and other departments.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and new tools to ensure best practices.
  • Leverage a wide array of available SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) to optimise performance and manage client projects efficiently.

Requirements

  • Italian native speaker + professional English level (C1)
  • 2+ years of SEO experience with a strong passion for the field.
  • Solid on-page SEO expertise.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with: Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Google Search Console, Data Studio , Screaming Frog
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, Social Media).
  • Technical SEO expertise.
  • Previous experience in a digital agency environment.
