About the role

  • Utilise legal knowledge to support codification of complex agreements, such as ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) and GMRA (Global Master Repurchase Agreement).
  • Manage the client journey from client inception, project delivery, BAU, ensuring clear communication and a seamless, high level experience.
  • Work as part of a team providing direction and support where necessary.
  • Collaborate with clients to capture and address their specific requirements during implementation.

Requirements

  • A passion for working in market-leading legal technology firm.
  • 1+ years experience as a Paralegal in documentation review.
  • Experience in Legal Operations, Legal Onboarding, Contract Negotiation is desirable.
  • Capital Market legal contract exposure - ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA etc. - desirable
  • A degree in Law is desired.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
Benefits

  • Paying in the region of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
