About the role
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential partners within the entertainment, gaming, and sports industries for our suite of e-commerce solutions
- Sales Process & Relationship Management: Secure and organize initial discovery calls and meetings, collaborating with Snow leaders to communicate Snow Commerce's value proposition
- Internal Coordination & Collaboration: Serve as the internal project manager for new business opportunities, ensuring smooth handoffs and communication
- Marketing & Brand Building: Partner with the marketing team to coordinate and execute targeted outreach strategies that attract and impress prospects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in enterprise sales closing complex, high-value deals, preferably in the merch-on-demand, manufacturing, or related industries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey information
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving sales goals.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, Google Apps for Business, and Microsoft Office suite
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products, technologies, and industry trends
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
