About the role
- Drive accountability for accurate data in business planning tool (Parallax)
- Lead agency staffing meetings and central point for resourcing decisions
- Build strong relationships with Account, Creative, and Operations leads
- Assess staffing options considering team dynamics, skills, growth goals, and time zones
- Monitor and interpret utilization trends to guide staffing decisions
- Manage PTO approval and tracking process
- Manage contractors from SOW approval through onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain and support the evolution of resource planning systems and workflows
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in resource management, project management, creative operations, or a similar coordination role — ideally an agency or creative setting.
- Detail-oriented and data-minded with a focus on patterns and anticipation of needs.
- Organized and proactive, able to keep multiple timelines and conversations in motion.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace, especially Sheets.
- Strong communicator valuing clear, timely follow-up.
- Reliable and balanced with a positive, team-first attitude and significant ownership without ego.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, thriving in a dynamic environment.
