About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients and internal leader of projects
- Oversee project budgets and staffing plans, proactively identifying and addressing budgetary concerns
- Guide the activities of account managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Establish strong relationships and understand clients and their industries
- Oversee quality control by reviewing and approving all assets before client sharing
- Participate in business development and seek out new opportunities for growth
- Mentor and support across projects with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
- Contribute to agency best practices and process development
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in account and project management roles
- 4+ years of experience working with healthcare, diagnostics and/or biotech clients
- Experience in small-mid-sized agency environments
- Ability to develop, grow, and extend meaningful client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and identify potential challenges
- Concise written and verbal communication skills across all mediums
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving
