About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients and internal leader of projects
  • Oversee project budgets and staffing plans, proactively identifying and addressing budgetary concerns
  • Guide the activities of account managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Establish strong relationships and understand clients and their industries
  • Oversee quality control by reviewing and approving all assets before client sharing
  • Participate in business development and seek out new opportunities for growth
  • Mentor and support across projects with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
  • Contribute to agency best practices and process development

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in account and project management roles
  • 4+ years of experience working with healthcare, diagnostics and/or biotech clients
  • Experience in small-mid-sized agency environments
  • Ability to develop, grow, and extend meaningful client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and identify potential challenges
  • Concise written and verbal communication skills across all mediums
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving
