About the role
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships as the primary point of contact
- Provide strategic guidance and ensure flawless project implementation
- Oversee project budgets and manage staffing plans
- Mentor account managers and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to agency business and process development
- Ensure quality control of deliverables before sharing with clients
- Seek new business opportunities and develop proposals
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in account and project management roles
- Experience with healthcare, diagnostics and/or biotech clients
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage high-level client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in business development and driving new initiatives
- Must be passionate about growth and learning new industries
