About the role
- Translate CPO-driven product strategy into execution plans, roadmaps, and milestones for assigned product areas
- Drive the delivery of AI infrastructure and data platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance
- Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, QA, and release readiness
- Monitor product health and usage metrics; resolve blockers to keep launches and iterations on track
- Standardize product delivery processes across AI infrastructure initiatives
- Partner with engineering, data science, and DevOps to ensure delivery velocity and platform resilience
- Implement observability, uptime, and performance tracking for AI services
- Establish frameworks for continuous improvement and technical debt reduction
- Ensure customer feedback is rapidly incorporated into product improvements and collaborate with support and client success teams
- Work with GTM teams to ensure launch readiness and successful adoption campaigns
- Lead product managers responsible for AI infrastructure and select products and build executional alignment with engineering, operations, and design
- Report directly to the Chief Product Officer and drive a culture of accountability and delivery excellence
Requirements
- 15+ years in product management with direct experience in AI infrastructure, SaaS platforms, or enterprise-scale data systems
- Proven ability to scale AI-driven products or platforms from prototype to thousands of active users
- Expertise in backlog management, agile execution, and product release processes
- Strong partnership skills with engineering, DevOps, and AI/ML teams
- Experience with observability, success metrics, and performance monitoring
- Global product delivery experience; comfortable managing cross-functional teams across regions
