Requirements

  • 15+ years of consulting experience in a top-tier or boutique firm, or experience delivering digital transformation within industry
  • Significant experience operating at a senior level across client organisations (C-Level) to navigate transformation and nurture relationships
  • Strong sales track record with personally attributable sales of over £500k (ideally toward £2m)
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Experience managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders
  • Interest in playing a senior role within the Service Line, supporting proposition development and integration with Sector teams
  • Cross-sector experience valuable; open to candidates with sector-specific experience
  • Experience in 2+ of the following: Digital and AI Strategy; AI roadmaps and business case development; governance for AI at scale; digital product leadership; transformation
  • Experience leading AI and digital roadmaps from idea to deployment, including business case development and delivery planning
  • Experience advising clients on building strategic and operational foundations to enable AI at scale
  • Knowledge of agile delivery (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), DevOps practices, UX-led product development, and API-first / composable architecture
  • Understanding of product-related architecture principles and product journeys from concept through to deployed solutions
  • Experience in technology modernisation and optimisation, cloud migrations, application rationalisation, and legacy decommissioning
  • Ability to articulate and lead modern service management models aligned to agile and DevOps
