About the role

  • Support the Project Manager in delivering on-site and remote implementation of the CRM and EMR systems across clinics in the UK & Ireland, aligned with project scope, timelines, and budget
  • Collaborate with clinic managers, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional central teams (Operations, IT, Clinical, Finance, Marketing) to gather requirements and manage expectations
  • Demonstrate CRM and EMR systems, analyze clinic workflows, identify process gaps, and define localized business requirements
  • Configure systems per business needs, support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), troubleshoot issues, and ensure go-live readiness
  • Assist trainers in delivering user training, contribute to user documentation, and support successful adoption of the new systems and processes
  • Coordinate with the data migration team to ensure accurate legacy data migration, including requirement gathering, workshops, and validation
  • Provide operational hypercare support and troubleshoot post-launch issues to ensure smooth transitions

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in implementation consulting or digital product delivery, ideally in healthcare, clinical systems, or CRM domains
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Creatio, Salesforce...) and/or EMR systems (e.g., eBase, Ideas, Smartmedics...)
  • Strong understanding of reproductive healthcare workflows and clinical operations
  • IVF/Fertility experience is required.
  • Experience with data migration and system integrations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging both clinical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional European languages: Spanish, Italian, Czech, Slovak
  • Degree in Business, IT, Education, or Healthcare
  • Experience in multi-site healthcare environments
  • Experience in M&A or roll-up business models
