- Guide the organic growth strategy for the insurance product vertical at Go.Compare
- Lead the charge in driving high-quality traffic and conversions
- Manage a team of SEO Executive
- Build a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with high-level goals
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify content gaps and new opportunities
- Allocate resources and necessary budgets for SEO plans
- Manage regular technical audits to increase site performance
Requirements
- Deep proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
- Understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript SEO, and how modern web frameworks impact search
- Relevant industry certifications (GA4, GSC, or specialised SEO courses)
- Experience managing external agency partners
- Previous skills setting ongoing goals and measurement's for direct reports
