• Conduct initial candidate screens to assess technical alignment, career goals, motivations, compensation expectations, and potential concerns
• Own the accuracy and health of sourcing pipelines in Ashby
• Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics

• Partner directly with university customers to solve their biggest challenges using data, AI, and web technologies.
• Work in small, cross-functional teams, owning end-to-end delivery of high-stakes projects from requirements gathering and architecture to code, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Rapidly understand complex customer workflows and pain points and translate domain needs into technical solutions.
• Own design, development, testing, and deployment of custom features and integrations; collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and customer success.
• Leverage large-scale datasets, LLMs, and AI agents to surface insights and automate workflows; build dashboards, APIs, or custom agents.
• Conduct occasional on-site discovery, workshops, training, and deployments; travel to client sites as needed.
• Influence product direction and drive measurable impact for education institutions.

• Work closely with Marketing to create engaging visual and multimedia content supporting enterprise B2B growth
• Design conference booth materials, presentations, and collateral for higher education events
• Create multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations) that explains complex AI concepts
• Support events and experiences with branded materials and post-event content
• Create social media content to build presence in higher education and AI communities
• Design customer success stories and case studies showcasing institutional impact
