Trainer

• You deliver practical, hands-on technical instruction in the area of sanitary, heating and climate systems, with a focus on heat pumps.
• You support participants in preparing for roles in SHK trades and building services engineering.
• You plan and conduct theoretical and practical teaching units independently.
• You explain technical fundamentals, tools, materials, workflows and safety regulations.
• During practical exercises you supervise participants and support them in working safely.
• You illustrate relevant topics such as maintenance, installation, fault analysis, documentation and testing regulations.
• Through regular feedback you identify learning progress and provide individual support to participants.
• You work closely with course management, site leadership and partner companies.
• You contribute your practical experience to continuously further develop our training content.

Trainer / Instructor 	6 Sanitary, Heating and Climate

• Durchführung von praxisnahen Schulungen zu KI-Anwendungen wie ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Automatisierungstools und weiteren digitalen Anwendungen
• Entwicklung und Produktion von Lerninhalten , z. B. Präsentationen, Skripte, Übungen, Prompt-Vorlagen, Checklisten, Lernvideos und Praxisaufgaben
• Planung und Durchführung von Live-Sessions, Workshops, Q&A-Formaten und praktischen Anwendungseinheiten
• Betreuung der Teilnehmenden während des Lernprozesses: Fragen beantworten, Feedback geben, Übungen begleiten und Lernfortschritte unterstützen
• Vermittlung von KI-Grundlagen , Prompting, Use Cases, Datenschutz-/Ethik-Grundlagen und konkreten KI-Workflows für den Berufsalltag
• Unterstützung der Teilnehmenden bei eigenen Praxisprojekten und beim Transfer von KI-Wissen in reale Arbeitsprozesse
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Schulungsinhalte anhand neuer Tools, Trends und Rückmeldungen aus den Kursen
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team bei Kurskonzeption, Qualitätssicherung und didaktischer Verbesserung der Lernformate
