About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You deliver practical, hands-on technical instruction in the area of sanitary, heating and climate systems, with a focus on heat pumps.
- You support participants in preparing for roles in SHK trades and building services engineering.
- You plan and conduct theoretical and practical teaching units independently.
- You explain technical fundamentals, tools, materials, workflows and safety regulations.
- During practical exercises you supervise participants and support them in working safely.
- You illustrate relevant topics such as maintenance, installation, fault analysis, documentation and testing regulations.
- Through regular feedback you identify learning progress and provide individual support to participants.
- You work closely with course management, site leadership and partner companies.
- You contribute your practical experience to continuously further develop our training content.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in sanitary, heating and climate systems, SHK system mechanics, or a comparable technical profession
- Professional experience in SHK practice, building services, installation, maintenance or service engineering
- Enjoyment in conveying knowledge in a clear and practical way
- Patience, strong communication skills and a good sense for varying learning levels
- Structured, reliable and responsible working style
- Confident handling of hands-on work processes, tools and technical fundamentals
- Interest in qualifying people professionally and supporting their entry into the labor market
- Training qualification (Ausbildereignung), master craftsperson certificate or experience as a trainer are an advantage but not mandatory
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
