About the role

  • Drive company-wide execution and sharpen alignment across functions.
  • Set strategic direction in close collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Develop, own, and maintain a goal-setting framework end-to-end.
  • Run operating rhythm across quarterly planning, leadership meetings, and reviews.
  • Act as the connective tissue across all functions.
  • Prepare materials for board meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Support organizational design and hiring plans as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in fast-paced environments such as strategy, operations, consulting, startups, or similar roles.
  • High-agency; move fast, unblock problems, and drive progress without being asked.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives under ambitious timelines.
  • Able to shift seamlessly between high-level thinking and deep operational execution.
  • Clear and concise communicator, written and verbal.
  • High social intelligence and empathy, able to work effectively with a wide range of personalities and functions.
