About the role
- Act as a trusted HR partner to leaders and managers across the organization.
- Translate people strategy into practical programs and operating rhythms.
- Support leaders through complex people decisions with consistency and empathy.
- Own performance management, leadership development, and talent review processes.
- Design programs that build leadership capability, role clarity, and readiness.
- Equip managers with tools for feedback, development, and performance conversations.
- Ensure people practices are applied consistently and aligned with company values and legal requirements.
- Lead compensation planning in partnership with Finance.
- Manage and develop team members responsible for day-to-day execution.
- Support AI enablement through learning, experimentation, and practical application.
- Lead and develop a small People team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience with strong generalist foundations.
- Experience building learning, leadership, or performance programs—not just administering them.
- Comfort partnering with leaders on complex people topics with sound judgment and empathy.
- Curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies are changing how work gets done, with a willingness to learn, experiment, and lead adoption.
- Experience in marketing, agency, consulting, or professional services environments is a plus.
