About the role
- - Own and execute Fuse Energy’s partnerships strategy in line with growth objectives
- - Identify, negotiate, and launch high-impact commercial and strategic partnerships
- - Structure and close partnership deals with clear commercial and performance metrics
- - Scale and optimise partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- - Act as the senior point of contact for key partners and internal stakeholders
- - Track performance, report impact, and continuously improve partnership ROI
Requirements
- - 6–10+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles
- - Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships in high-growth environments
- - Strong commercial and negotiation skills, comfortable owning complex deals
- - Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on
- - Data-driven, with experience evaluating performance and ROI
- - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- - Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving company
- - Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
