About the role
- Support the collection, organization and interpretation of data related to networks;
- Prepare reports and analyses focused on operational performance;
- Monitor and manage tickets for associative networks, ensuring operation and standardization of processes;
- Identify optimization opportunities, proposing and implementing solutions that generate revenue, reduce costs and increase productivity;
- Act as a facilitator between departments, using indicators to support decision-making;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, aligning with organizational strategy and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Management Processes or related fields;
- Analytical ability to interpret data and support decision-making;
- Knowledge of performance indicators and performance management (KPIs);
- Organizational skills and process-oriented mindset to map and standardize internal workflows;
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in preparing reports and presentations with clear insights;
- Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and enterprise management systems;
- Preferred: experience with Power BI and process-mapping tools.
