Social Media Manager

• Own Instagram for the Full Focus brand account and the personal accounts of Megan Hyatt Miller and Michael Hyatt, plus Facebook and LinkedIn profiles
• Develop hooks and write social content in the brand voice with AI assistance while preserving a human, on-brand style
• Gather founder stories, customer testimonials, transformation metrics, and other raw material from the team
• Turn stories and metrics into Instagram content, carousels, graphic posts, and video
• Build and run content strategy across two accounts and two different product offers
• Work backward from webinar signups, email-list growth, and movement toward Double Win Coaching
• Own comments and DMs on both accounts and deepen audience relationships
• Set up and maintain ManyChat auto-responses and DM automation
• Shoot and edit video when needed
• Partner with the Creative Director on carousels and graphic posts
• Work directly with executives to capture raw footage and images
