Project Manager

• Manage projects of varied size and complexity, undertaking the day-to-day project activities of a Project Manager

Project Manager – 12 Month FTC

Designer

• Act as Principal Designer and ensure client duties are fulfilled under CDM 2015
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the pre-construction phase of projects, including submission of F10 notifications to the HSE
• Advise clients and project teams on health and safety and design risk management throughout design and construction
• Ensure design team compliance with CDM 2015, reviewing and assisting with Design Risk Assessments
• Prepare and review key project health and safety documentation, including pre-construction information, risk assessments, method statements and Health & Safety Files
• Conduct CDM site audits and monitor health and safety performance on behalf of the client
• Attend design, site and progress meetings to support effective communication between contractors, designers and clients
• Provide support to Senior Consultants on complex or high-risk projects
• Review O&M manuals and ensure accurate and compliant handover documentation
• Uphold health and safety standards and support environmental and social impact

CDM Principal Designer

Executive Assistant

• - Managing complex calendars for C-Suite, Partners, and senior leaders, anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts
• - Leading internal communications in collaboration with our Marketing Manager, including producing the monthly company newsletter
• - Organising internal and external events, from company-wide gatherings to client-facing networking breakfasts and lunches, including budget management
• - Creating professional, on-brand PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates, training sessions, and company-wide communications
• - Coordinating board and leadership meetings – preparing agendas, board packs, minutes, and managing confidential information with discretion
• - Supporting corporate governance tasks, including maintaining company records, compliance tracking, policy reviews, audits, and risk register updates

H&S CDM Consultant

• Manage projects of varied size and complexity, undertaking the day-to-day project activities of a Project Manager, as well as providing senior support and representation on projects where required
• Supporting other senior members of staff in project delivery and internal processes
• Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with our company set standards, procedures, and guidelines
• Support Associate Directors with resource management, fee management and reporting
• Maintain and support good client working relationships acting a main point of contact for queries, as necessary
• Undertake reviews of lessons learnt, implementing changes for future improvements
• Ensure internal systems are kept updates e.g. finance and resource trackers and timely sign off of invoices
• Support in the conflict resolution
• Internal governance such a reviews of flash reports and senior signatories on approved documents
• Ensure compliance with client gateways and their governance processes
• Undertake the production of fee bids with the support of the Bid Team and Associate Directors.

• **What does the role involve? **
• The Assistant Project Manager role consists of assisting in the delivery of project management activities on various size projects in the residential sector.
• **Responsibilities **
• - Prepare documents such as project briefs, PEPs, risk registers, and Gateway/Governance papers
• - Set up QA systems, project directories, templates and instruction logs
• - Arrange meetings and workshops; prepare agendas and minutes
• - Produce dashboards, monthly reports and meeting schedules
• - Support procurement strategy development, tendering processes and value engineering reviews
• - Perform post-contract duties, issue certificates, manage change control and maintain compliance with building contracts
• - Conduct site visits, health & safety inspections, support snagging, handover and defect management processes
• - Support with project escalation processes and controls
