Project Manager

• This role sits within the Public Sector team and is responsible for leading a wide range of construction projects, managing them autonomously from outset to completion. The position offers a hybrid working environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the business.
• **Responsibilities **
• - Manage projects of varied size and complexity, undertaking the day-to-day project activities of a Project Manager, as well as providing senior support and representation on projects where required
• - Supporting other senior members of staff in project delivery and internal processes
• - Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with our company set standards, procedures, and guidelines
• - Support Associate Directors with resource management, fee management and reporting
• - Maintain and support good client working relationships acting a main point of contact for queries, as necessary
• - Undertake reviews of lessons learnt, implementing changes for future improvements
• - Ensure internal systems are kept updated such as finance and resource trackers and timely sign off of invoices
• - Support in the conflict resolution
• - Internal governance such a reviews of flash reports and senior signatories on approved documents
• - Ensure compliance with client gateways and their governance processes
• - Undertake the production of fee bids with the support of the Bid Team and Associate Directors
• - Actively involved in mentoring and training internal staff and CPD activities
• - Working collaboratively with the client and other consultants
• - Observe Health & Safety provision in the working environment and CDM 2015 regulations including escalating any HSE issues
• - Endeavour to improve our social and environmental impact

Senior Project Manager

• Manage projects of varied size and complexity, undertaking the day-to-day project activities of a Project Manager
• Support in identifying the project Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Produce and undertake project governance
• Support in producing the procurement strategy report with the client and quantity surveyors
• Negotiations with contractors to establish budgets and programmes
• Manage and support the project team on snagging inspections
• Maintain and support good client working relationships acting a main point of contact for queries, as necessary
• Undertake reviews of lessons learnt, implementing changes for future improvements
• Ensure internal systems are kept updates e.g. finance and resource trackers and timely sign off of invoices

• Lead the delivery teams of the business and ensure project execution, resource utilisation, and project profitability.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver agreed projects profitably, maintaining standards and customer satisfaction.
• Manage performance and development of all reporting staff and maintain adherence to quality assurance and controls.
• Track and deliver on day-to-day projects, financial and commercial metrics for profitability and efficiency.
