About the role
- Provide clinical consulting for Synapse PACS/MI projects. Report configuration, workflow analysis, end-to-end testing, remote or onsite training, go-live support. Provide clinical support for sales and company team members. Assist with TAC Support. Provide on-going support to resolve application related and image quality concerns. Works closely with physicians and clinicians. Provide and maintain documentation to support customer training. Provide telephone and remote clinical support via ON-Call TAC. Travel up to 75%.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant healthcare field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. National certification through ARRT or RDMS(RVT)(RDCS)(RVTA). 2 to 10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, Computer science, PACS Administration or healthcare industry.
