• Managing the lifecycle of A/B tests from planning to launch
• Coordinating developers, designers, CRO specialists, and QA
• Ensuring variations are implemented correctly and QA’d properly
• Managing multiple projects and experiments at once without losing clarity
• Keeping timelines, priorities, and dependencies clear
• Identifying blockers early and removing them fast
• Communicating clearly with the team (and clients when needed)
