About the role
- Responsible for interviewing, screening, and extending offers to potential field and office employees
- Assists the Talent and Workforce Management functions in successful implementation of various departmental initiatives and programs
- Conducts presentations at high schools and technical schools
- Establishes and maintains relationships with area schools
- Attends various recruiting events
- Performs searches for qualified candidates
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business
- One year of Human Resources experience or
- An Associate’s degree with two years administrative experience in Human Resources
- 20-50% travel
- Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
