About the role

  • Responsible for interviewing, screening, and extending offers to potential field and office employees
  • Assists the Talent and Workforce Management functions in successful implementation of various departmental initiatives and programs
  • Conducts presentations at high schools and technical schools
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with area schools
  • Attends various recruiting events
  • Performs searches for qualified candidates

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business
  • One year of Human Resources experience or
  • An Associate’s degree with two years administrative experience in Human Resources
  • 20-50% travel
  • Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
