About the role

  • Project leadership - ownership of projects from inception to successful delivery, orchestrating every stage, using right-fit methodologies
  • Effective planning – demonstrate the ability to plan & consult on best approach/practice supporting effective utilisation of resources to ensure maximum efficiency and output
  • Collaborative client relationships - engage closely with clients ensuring a collaborative and tailored approach that exceeds expectations
  • Client engagement and growth - proactively identify new client opportunities that drive mutual success
  • Budget management - demonstrate astute budget management to ensure projects deliver to cost
  • Proactive risk management - effective Risk, Issue, Assumption, and Dependency Management, proactively identifying and mitigating challenges to ensure project success and resilience

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing projects across diverse industries
  • Confident in budget management of projects
  • Understanding of a wide range of project types, where technology plays a critical role
  • Experienced in managing and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of managing multi-disciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration, and maximizing the collective strengths of teams
  • Understanding and appreciation of change management and its importance within project delivery
  • Strong grasp of risk management principles
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification (Preferred)
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services organisation
