About the role

  • Support the design and delivery of learning solutions that help FSP’s clients build confidence in new technologies and ways of working
  • Contribute to learning needs analysis, design engaging training materials, and deliver learning in a range of formats across projects including AI adoption, M365, digital systems and bespoke applications
  • Lead training/learning needs analysis, solution design and delivery across a range of projects to achieve clear outcomes
  • Provide consultancy and advice to clients on the most effective learning methodologies and technologies
  • Manage a range of stakeholders to establish credibility and develop long-term relationships
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver innovative learning solutions
