About the role
- Lead the design and delivery of high‑impact learning programmes on M365, related technologies, and other skills (e.g. interpersonal, digital), shaping solutions that support complex, large‑scale change.
- Conduct strategic, insight‑driven learning needs analysis to develop tailored learning strategies that align with business priorities and diverse learner needs.
- Provide expert consultancy, advising senior stakeholders on best‑practice learning methodologies, digital tools, and approaches that drive behaviour change and culture shift.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, establishing credibility at executive level and influencing decision‑making through clear evaluation of learning impact.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated learning solutions, navigating complex stakeholder environments and identifying business development opportunities
