About the role

  • Simplify complex business and technical content into clear visual stories—using infographics, diagrams, and illustrations
  • Lead and execute user research to gather actionable insights for design projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts and consultants, to translate research findings into effective design solutions
  • Analyse and synthesise data from interviews, surveys, and analytics to drive visual storytelling and design decisions
  • Apply design thinking methodologies to create visually aligned outputs that meet user needs, support strategic business goals, and comply with WCAG accessibility standards
  • Design engaging, professional PowerPoint presentations that communicate key messages effectively
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on designs based on feedback

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional design experience, ideally within consultancy or enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to work with clients across industries, understanding business challenges and translating them into impactful design solutions that support digital transformation
  • Experience in mentoring early careers designers, setting design standards, and influencing stakeholders at senior levels
  • Advanced expertise in Figma, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and enterprise presentation tools (Power Point, Word)
