Systems Engineer

• Collect and analyze computer user requirements and current computer systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Propose and develop strategies to automate processes and enhance system functionality.
• Develop, test and maintain system in support of the company’s IT projects and business requirements.
• Work with IT team to ensure system enhancements are aligned with business objectives.
• Document and report system changes.
• Discuss application requirements, enhancements, and issues with end users.
• Provide IT support to employees and other end-users.
• Manage and provide support for company mobile devices and systems.

Computer Systems Architect

• Provide support to the front desk located at 760 Pennsylvania Drive, in Exton, PA
• Greet guests, manage incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintain an organized, clean office environment
• Provide administrative support to senior leaders
• Plan, organize, and schedule company and client meetings
• Order and oversee office supplies, order lunches for department meetings
• Maintain and stock conference rooms, coffee stations, and consignment stockroom
• Enter equipment contract information into the contract tracking system
• Perform day-to-day invoice activities, including reviewing and verifying requested invoices for accuracy
• Follow-up with past due invoices, research billing discrepancies with the assistance of the collections staff
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned by Procurement department

Operations

• Lead and oversee QC activities supporting biologics and gene therapy programs in all phases
• Lead method development, qualification, validation, verification, and transfer
• Author/review/approve validation protocols, reports, and analytical data packages
• Oversee deviations, OOS/OOT, CAPAs, change control, and data integrity investigations
• Support regulatory inspections and client audits as CMC QC subject matter expert
• Train and develop staff scientists
• Manage budgets and balance resource allocation to meet project priorities.
• Closely interact with clients through various means of communication and ensure client satisfaction.
