About the role
- Work at the intersection of data insights and product strategy to inform high-impact decisions
- Conduct analysis throughout product development: sizing opportunities and informing strategic decisions
- Analyze A/B tests, perform exploratory analysis, and assess trends to generate insights
- Develop and monitor key metrics and KPIs
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and analytics teams to drive product strategy and prioritization
- Evangelize insights and scale access to product data to build a data-driven culture
- Collaborate with other data & analytics functions to ensure proper data foundations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a quantitative role (analytics, consulting, data science, or equivalent)
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or equivalent degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science)
- Proficiency using SQL to query large data sets
- Strong understanding of statistics and experimentation
- Full professional English proficiency
- Impact-focused and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative; able to form trusting relationships with cross-functional teammates
- Willingness to be in Paris office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
