Financial Planning and Analysis

• Optimization and automation of accounting processes (especially AP/AR)
• Scaling finance processes to support future growth
• Support business planning and profitability analyses
• Lead the Finance & Legal team and take responsibility for all recurring finance matters, such as month-end closes and VAT advance returns (USt.-Voranmeldung)
• Annual financial statements and their audit
• Invoicing and payments (AP/AR)

• Analyze, assess, and automate existing finance processes

• Acquire new partner banks, especially within the cooperative banking sector
• Guide prospects through the pre-sales process: from the initial introduction to concrete implementation concepts

• Support partner banks during onboarding and the successful rollout of our solutions
• Regular on-site presence at partner banks, particularly in Bavaria, and occasionally at shareholders' locations (Fellbach and Berlin)

• Represent Bancassurance360 at trade fairs, events, and in relevant networks
• Contribute to sales strategy, partner development, and reporting

• Wir binden dich in die Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen unseres Managements ein.
• Langfristig arbeitest du selbständig an eigenen Projekten im Bereich Finance und Controlling.

• Design intuitive and consistent user experiences for digital products (web & mobile)
• Maintain and expand existing design systems
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups and interactive prototypes—primarily in Figma
• Actively develop and maintain the design system
• Translate requirements from Product, Marketing and Tech into clear, user-centred design solutions
• Conduct or support user research, usability tests and data-driven optimizations
• Think holistically about design: from UX concepts to UI details and microinteractions
