About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design intuitive and consistent user experiences for digital products (web & mobile)
  • Maintain and expand existing design systems
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups and interactive prototypes—primarily in Figma
  • Actively develop and maintain the design system
  • Translate requirements from Product, Marketing and Tech into clear, user-centred design solutions
  • Conduct or support user research, usability tests and data-driven optimizations
  • Think holistically about design: from UX concepts to UI details and microinteractions
  • Work closely with product managers and developers and support implementation
  • Ensure designs are consistent, scalable and accessible

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience designing digital products
  • Proficient with Figma (including prototyping, Auto Layout, Components)
  • Experience building and using design systems and component libraries
  • Understanding of UX methods such as user flows, research, testing and iterative design
  • Strong sense for visual design, typography, layout and interaction
  • Good understanding of technical feasibility
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Structured, independent and enjoys working in a team
  • Fluent in German and English
