About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and further develop existing bank partners
  • Acquire new partner banks, especially within the cooperative banking sector
  • Guide prospects through the pre-sales process: from the initial introduction to concrete implementation concepts
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, trainings, and workshops for bank employees
  • Support partner banks during onboarding and the successful rollout of our solutions
  • Regular on-site presence at partner banks, particularly in Bavaria, and occasionally at shareholders' locations (Fellbach and Berlin)
  • Gather partner feedback and translate it into initiatives for product, processes, and sales
  • Represent Bancassurance360 at trade fairs, events, and in relevant networks
  • Contribute to sales strategy, partner development, and reporting
  • Direct reporting line to the CEO

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in sales, partner management, key account management and/or business development
  • Experience in the banking, insurance, or bancassurance environment
  • Good understanding of regional banks and their structures; experience working with cooperative banks is a strong plus
  • Confident, professional presence with decision-makers, executives, and bank staff/advisors
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Experience in pre-sales, presentations, trainings, or workshops
  • Ability to explain complex digital solutions clearly and convincingly
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a strong sense of ownership
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatism, and enjoyment of shaping and driving change
  • Fluent German language skills
  • High willingness to travel nationwide, with a focus on Bavaria
