About the role
- Manage and roll out global logistics continuous improvement, standardization and implementation SAP-ERP projects within MM, WM, SD, PP, PM (min. 2 modules)
- Manage transfer of logistics requirements into specifications and coordinate implementation (including customizing) as the interface between Business and IT
- Manage END TO END processes including trainings and definition of KPIs to assure sustainability and continuous improvement
- Implement and follow Logistics ERP Strategy with OneERP Team
- Assure qualification, know-how transfer, check sustainability and identify improvement potentials within Plant Process Reviews and plant user trainings
- Support, coordinate and lead interface projects with other departments (e.g., Sales, SCM, IT)
- Test and approve logistics changes in SAP/other ERP/applications when necessary
- Continuously improve process documentation
- Support Logistics Management
Requirements
- University degree with focus on Supply Chain Management / Logistics
- Min. 5 years of experience in same or similar positions in the automotive industry
- Project & Process Management leading complex logistics projects and international teams in the automotive industry
- Expert in developing, improving, consulting and customizing logistics SAP (ECC-System) processes in modules MM, WM, SD, PP, PM (min. 2 SAP modules must be covered)
- Analytical thinking; eager to improve; ability to organize and prioritize work; leadership, contact and communication skills; customer oriented behavior
- Data preparation and analysis skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
