About the role
- Lead and develop a SAP team consisting of Product Owners, Delivery Leads, agile capabilities, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Lead and develop our strategic partnership with our off-shore partner to further evolve our SAP based deliveries.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for SAP operations and ensure adherence to Husqvarna group processes and best practices across SAP legacy deployments.
- Prepare for ongoing S/4 HANA roll-ins and define and anchor strategy and roadmap towards S/4HANA.
- Promote the NextStep initiative to evolve DevOps/Agile ways of working in an ERP context.
- Actively participate to strengthen culture within global ERP operations within Global Information Services.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams and operations to facilitate knowledge transfer and integration.
- Develop and maintain key business stakeholder relationships to enable transition and sustain ongoing operations.
- Cross-functional coordination with diverse delivery teams and business projects; alignment with Amplify Program prerequisites.
- Plan and maintain sunset timeline and processes for legacy platforms and development of resource transformation/enablement plans.
Requirements
- Masters's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP ECC 6.0.
- Preferably basics knowledge in related systems (APO, BW, EWM, ME).
- Proven track record in leading SAP CoE or similar roles within a global organization.
- Extensive experience in SAP project management and system integration.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC systems and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Fluent language skills in English and German.
- At least three days a week in office.
