• Lead and develop a SAP team consisting of Product Owners, Delivery Leads, agile capabilities, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Lead and develop our strategic partnership with our off-shore partner to further evolve our SAP based deliveries.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for SAP operations and ensure adherence to Husqvarna group processes and best practices across SAP legacy deployments.
• Prepare for ongoing S/4 HANA roll-ins and define and anchor strategy and roadmap towards S/4HANA.
• Promote the NextStep initiative to evolve DevOps/Agile ways of working in an ERP context.
• Actively participate to strengthen culture within global ERP operations within Global Information Services.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams and operations to facilitate knowledge transfer and integration.
• Develop and maintain key business stakeholder relationships to enable transition and sustain ongoing operations.
• Cross-functional coordination with diverse delivery teams and business projects; alignment with Amplify Program prerequisites.
• Plan and maintain sunset timeline and processes for legacy platforms and development of resource transformation/enablement plans.
