Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP PP, QM, PM modules and customer-specific solutions
Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support to address and resolve tickets related to SAP PP and QM modules and customer-specific solutions
Conduct detailed problem analysis to diagnose issues thoroughly and configure SAP systems to develop effective solutions
Collaborate with 1st-Level support and other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Foster strong relationships with clients by addressing support topics promptly and effectively
Regularly analyze and report on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and potential improvements
Lead and execute minor projects and system changes tailored to meet specific customer needs and requirements
Maintain comprehensive documentation of support issues, solutions, and project changes
Repair, create CR, document, and occasionally train clients' employees as part of Application Evolution Services team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Proficient in SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules with hands-on experience in configuration and customization
Ability to design workflows for Production Orders, BOM, and Quality Inspection Processes within SAP
Skilled in integrating SAP PP/QM/PM with other modules such as SAP MM and SD
Experience in optimizing plant performance and implementing predictive maintenance strategies
Expertise in troubleshooting system issues and providing user training
Strong analytical skills
Ability to maintain and enhance customer relationships through effective communication and support
Familiarity with ticket management systems
Understanding of project management principles to manage small-scale projects and changes
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form
Willingness to stay updated with latest SAP developments
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
SAP certifications in relevant modules (preferred)
Understanding of ITIL principles and managed service process
Very good command of English, spoken and written
Knowledge of German will be an additional advantage
