About the role

  • Manage the complete customer order process including shipments, goods receipts, accounts receivable, claims handling, and maintenance of customer data, prices, and terms in SAP.
  • Carry out operational SAP tasks such as order entry, invoicing, shipping documentation, returns processing, accounts receivable control, price list creation, and discount management.
  • Create and coordinate the daily shipping schedule and work closely with the warehouse to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Ensure high service levels and on-time deliveries, handle customer complaints efficiently, and coordinate with transport providers.
  • Support Sales and Marketing with sales-plan monitoring, campaign execution and communication tasks, and manage marketing materials and product samples.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficient English
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, customer-oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
