About the role

  • Adhere to all safety, fleet, and Department of Transportation (DOT) policies, reflecting our culture of responsibility and commitment to workplace and product safety.
  • Drive sales by actively engaging with store managers, replenishing sections, and identifying opportunities for displays, endcaps, and promotional tie-ins.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, reinforcing our attention to detail and focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Manage daily product needs by driving a DOT-certified company vehicle between assigned stores and the offsite warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, handle necessary paperwork, and complete reports, consistently demonstrating personal accountability and a commitment to quality.
  • Unload products shipped directly to the warehouse, verify product counts, and store new inventory properly in the designated area.
  • Ensure that your Freudenberg vehicle is properly loaded with all products needed for each day’s deliveries.
  • Begin each day by reviewing objectives and conclude by communicating results, sales opportunities, or specific needs with your District Manager (DM).
  • Follow the established frequency of service for each customer, ensuring superior value with every visit.
