About the role

  • Execute territory strategies to win new enterprise business and exceed growth targets
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers
  • Stay informed on competitive dynamics and product innovation to articulate value
  • Partner with Business Development, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Implementations, Billing, and Deal Desk
  • Mentor and coach colleagues to uplift team performance
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking
  • Travel, as required, to engage with customers in person

Requirements

  • 8 to 10+ years in quota-carrying, closing SaaS sales roles focused on enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, medium-to-long enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience building relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders
  • Skilled in prospecting, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
  • Strong solution-selling skills; knowledge of ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX platforms
  • Excellent communication skills; collaborative and analytical; customer-first mindset
  • Ability to travel as required
