About the role
- Execute territory strategies to win new enterprise business and exceed growth targets
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers
- Stay informed on competitive dynamics and product innovation to articulate value
- Partner with Business Development, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Implementations, Billing, and Deal Desk
- Mentor and coach colleagues to uplift team performance
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking
- Travel, as required, to engage with customers in person
Requirements
- 8 to 10+ years in quota-carrying, closing SaaS sales roles focused on enterprise accounts
- Proven ability to navigate complex, medium-to-long enterprise sales cycles
- Experience building relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Skilled in prospecting, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
- Strong solution-selling skills; knowledge of ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX platforms
- Excellent communication skills; collaborative and analytical; customer-first mindset
- Ability to travel as required
